Booking
How do I book a programme?
Open the programme page, enter who is travelling and your phone number, then send your request. The organizer accepts or declines it; you follow its status in "My trips".
Do I pay online?
Not for now. Once your request is accepted, the organizer shares their payment arrangements. Always ask for a receipt and their written terms.
Can I cancel my request?
Yes, free of charge while it has not been accepted, from "My trips". After acceptance, the organizer's terms apply.
How do I contact the organizer?
Their contact details are shared in your space once your request is accepted.
Trust
What does the "verified" badge mean?
That our team has checked the organizer's operating licence and that it is still valid. Without that check, the badge does not appear.
Who can publish an Umrah or Hajj programme?
Only agencies whose licence has been checked by Safaria.
Is my data shared?
Only with the organizer of the programme you request, and with our technical providers to run the service. We never sell your data.
Umrah and Hajj
Can Safaria guarantee my visa or permit?
No. Visas and permits are decided by the Saudi authorities. Be wary of any offer that promises them.
How do I perform Hajj from Morocco?
By registering with the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs, which organizes a draw. Those selected travel with the official mission or with an approved agency.
And from France or Europe?
Hajj is booked only on the official Nusuk Hajj platform. No agency can sell you a place outside that channel.
How do I prepare?
Our interactive Hajj and Umrah guides explain each step simply. They are free and available from the home page.
