Safaria, in full transparency
About Safaria
Safaria helps Muslim travellers choose, prepare and live their trips, their Umrah and their Hajj with organizers whose reliability we check.

Our mission
A spiritual or cultural journey involves an intention, time and savings. Our mission is simple: everyone should understand exactly what they book, know who they entrust their trip to, and be supported from preparation to return.
We want a platform that is simple, reassuring and accessible, including for people who rarely use apps.
How Safaria works
Safaria is a platform that connects travellers with organizers: travel agencies and guides. The programmes published on Safaria are designed and delivered by these organizers, who remain responsible for their services.
You send a request from a programme page. The organizer accepts or declines it, then shares their terms and payment arrangements. For now, payment is made directly to the organizer.
How we check organizers
Every organizer is created by the Safaria team: there is no open sign-up. We record their legal identity and their operating licence (authority, number, expiry date).
The "verified" badge only appears once our team has checked the licence document and it is still valid. For an agency, the licence number and the date of the check are shown on its programmes.
Only agencies whose licence has been checked can publish an Umrah or Hajj programme.
What Safaria does not do
Safaria does not issue visas, permits or Hajj places. Visas and permits are decided by the Saudi authorities; Hajj places depend on official quotas and, depending on your country, on a draw or on the official Nusuk platform.
We never promise a service that is not guaranteed, and we hold organizers to the same rule.
