Safaria, in full transparency
Cancellation and refunds
When and how to cancel, what can be refunded, and why some costs can no longer be refunded once committed.
Updated: 21 October 2026
Before your request is accepted
Until the organizer accepts your request, you can withdraw it free of charge from "My trips". No payment has been made.
After acceptance
The organizer's cancellation terms apply. Before paying, ask for their written schedule: until which date cancellation is free, then which share is kept depending on the date.
To cancel, inform the organizer in writing and keep a copy of your message. Also let Safaria know from the Support page: we follow up on your case.
Costs that can no longer be refunded
Some costs are committed as preparation goes on: visa and permit fees, flight tickets, hotel bookings in Saudi Arabia. Once paid by the organizer, they may no longer be refundable. An honest schedule says so clearly.
If the organizer cancels
If the organizer cancels the departure, or if a visa is refused, ask them to refund the amounts paid for services not delivered, according to their contract. Contact Safaria: we help you get an answer and take it into account when following up on the organizer.
